Terms and Condition
Please take few minutes of your time to read the following Terms & Conditions.

~ Cancellation of order is not allowed, once you have made your payment.
~ All Unpaid orders will be cancelled if no payment is received after 48 hours.
~ All items are based on first come first serve basis. We cannot guarantee we will have enough quantity for each item due to popular demand.
~ All items are NON-EXCHANGABLE as we always check very carefully and guarantee no defect before delivery. Self incurred damage, slight colour difference, don't like the design etc will not be entertained. However, if you are dissatisfied with the purchased item(s), do feedback to us and we will evaluate on a case by case basic.
~ Strictly NO REFUND for all item purchased, refund will only be made if your item(s) is/are "out of stock" after you have made payment
~ The items will reserved based on 1st come serve basis with deposit payment. There is no reservation if no deposit payment is being made.
