Delivey & Handling Fee
Our orders are delivered by SingPost. We also do arrange meet-up (certain area) & home delivery (spending of $100).

Normal Mail (please see below table)
Parcel will be send by normal mail. We will send you an email once parcel is send out.

~ Parcel will be delivered to your mailbox.
~ No tracking is avaliable
~ We do not take responsibility if the parcel is lost. We do encourage all customer use Registered Mail.

Registered Mail
We will encourage you to take the registered mail with an additional of S$2.30

We will send you an email (with the registered article number) once the parcel is being process.

~ Parcel will be delivered to your doorstep. Deliveries are made from 9am to 6pm daily.

~ You will be able to track the local delivery via SingPost website at http://www.singpost.com.sg/ra/.

~ If the mail is not recieved upon delivery by SingPost, SingPost will drop a notification slip at your house, your can arrange for another delivery or self-collection at the nearest post office.

We will leave our return address as the back of the parcel. SingPost will return the parcel back to us if it is not delivered or un self-collected for too long.

If parcel is return to us, we will notify you via email.
Delivery fee will be charged again before sending for delivery.
